Over 70 first year students competed in the first Maths Mastermind held in the school library on Thursday afternoon last. The competition was hotly contested and all students enjoyed the event. An event which just goes to show that Maths can be fun for all. The speed and accuracy the students displayed on the day was admirable. Congratulations to all who partook in the event and to the winners on the day Oisin Moloney and Ellen Egan. A big thank you to Ms. Dillon and Ms. Kavanagh for organising the event.
