Anthony O’Hanlon decided to make and sell jam as his TY enterprise project and what a success it was. Anthony decided to ask an expert to taste his product and was delighted with the response. He sent off a sample of his jams to the famous TV chef Nevin MaGuire. Nevin sent Anthony a signed copy of his of his latest cook book. He also gave Anthony a ringing endorsement when he said the jam was delicious. Well done Anthony on your enterprise and on the initiative you have shown.
