Congratulations to Andrew Dai and Maurice Moore, two LC1 students who, following their Junior Certificate results were identified by the State Examinations Commission as high achievers in their Science and Maths examinations. Over 100 similar talented students nationwide were invited to attend the Irish National Olympiad final in DCU on November 1st. Following the Irish final Maurice Moore has been selected to represent Ireland at the International Junior Science Olympiad in Mendoza, Argentina from December 2nd to 11th. Well done to both lads and best of luck to Maurice in Argentina.
