This year the Transition Years staged their production of Tom Murphy’s the House on May 22nd and 23rd. The play is set in 1950’s Ireland and it explores the plight of the Irish emigrants and their sense of being without an anchor in their homeland or in their new land.
It was a challenging play for any Troupe to take but the Lighthouse Players 2013 did, and did it well. Twenty one transition year students were involved in the production a huge congratulations to all of you for your dedication and your performances on and off the stage.
