Tommy Stack JC3 from Keylod, Moyvane was presented with his Ireland Cap on Wednesday March 5th in the Avia Stadium during the Ireland V Serbia International friendly game. Tommy received his Cap for playing Power Soccer with the Irish team from Paul McGrath.
Tommy explains ‘that his sport is Power soccer, and it is similar to soccer but players use power wheelchairs and a large ball. There are four players aside.’ Last October Tommy traveled to Paris with the Irish team to play in the Power Soccer World Cup at under 16 level. Ireland were to finish 5th in the Tournament.
All at the Comprehensive are very proud of Tommy and of his achievements.
